All content, product data sheets, brand elements, and promotional materials related to ADDINOL are used in accordance with our distributorship agreements and are subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective owners.
3. Use License & Restrictions
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on HMACS Trading's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing or professional business evaluation only. Under this license, you may not modify or copy the materials, use them for any commercial public display, attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software, or transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server.

While we source all specifications directly from ADDINOL Germany, product applications can vary based on operational variables, mechanical condition, and maintenance cycles. Users must verify product suitability for their specific equipment by consulting the equipment's OEM manual or speaking to our technical engineering desk.
5. B2B Inquiries & Dealer Applications
Submitting an inquiry through our B2B Inquiry Hub, Partnership Portal, or Dealer Application form does not constitute a binding commercial agreement or guarantee distributorship rights. Distributorships are awarded at the sole discretion of HMACS Trading Private Limited following comprehensive background checks, territory coverage assessments, and the execution of a formal written Distributor Agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HMACS Trading Private Limited or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, even if HMACS Trading or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Any claim relating to HMACS Trading Private Limited's website or services shall be governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
